Do you deliver nationwide?

Unfortunately not, Planned Gifts only operates and delivers in Cape Town and surroundings.
How much is delivery?

Delivery ranges from R50 to R250 depending on the delivery address. You're welcome to pickup your order in store.
When will my order be delivered?

We only deliver between 12:00 and 18:00. We will arrange a suitable delivery slot with your recipient on the day of the delivery and advise you once delivered.
What if I have special instructions for my order or delivery?

Should you have a special instruction regarding your order. Please "add a note" on the checkout page. Should you forget to add the note before you complete the order please send us an email or send us a text using the WhatsApp icon.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order with 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date. For cancelled orders you will recieve a full refund in the form of a Planned Gifts Voucher, valid for 3 years only.
