Order Policy
Planned Gifts currently operates in Cape Town only.
Prices exclude delivery fee.
Order and confirm payment by 12:00 for same day delivery.
All payments to be confirmed with a valid proof of payment (POP) or valid credit/debit card payment.
Roses, balloons and gift box items are subject to availability of stock.
Delivery Policy
Delivery slots available from 12:00 – 18:00 daily.
Please note we cannot guarantee a delivery time. We will make contact with the recipient to arrange and confirm a suitable delivery slot. You will be notified once your order has been delivered.
​Please include YOUR name and email address as well as the full delivery details for the RECIPIENT as requested on the shipping page, in order to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Where incorrect address or recipient details have been provided or the recipient is unable to honour the confirmed delivery slot, an additional delivery fee may be charged for rescheduling.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the delivery date, you will receive a full refund in the form of a Planned Gifts Voucher valid for 3 months only.
