Cancellation Policy
1. Bookings All workshop bookings must be made in advance via the official booking link or direct confirmation with Planned Gifts. A booking is only confirmed once full payment or an agreed payment plan deposit has been received. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Payment & Pricing Workshop prices are as advertised. Discounts apply when booking two or all three workshops and must be selected at the time of booking. Payment plans, where offered, must be completed before the workshop date. Failure to complete payment with 48 hours' of the workshop date may result in forfeiture of your seat. 3. Cancellations by Attendees Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp). Cancellations made 14 days or more before the workshop date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the workshop date are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance. 4. Transfers & Substitutions Bookings may be transferred to another person with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to approval and availability. Workshop dates may not be swapped unless explicitly stated. 5. Cancellations or Changes by the Host Planned Gifts reserves the right to postpone or cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future workshop. 6. Materials & Participation All materials provided during practical workshops remain the property of the participant unless otherwise stated. Participants are responsible for handling tools and materials with care. Planned Gifts is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment. 7. Photography & Marketing Photos and videos may be taken during workshops for marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image unless you notify us in writing prior to the workshop. 8. Acceptance of Policy By booking and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this policy.
